About Business World West Wilts
Business World West Wilts is a monthly magazine for small to medium businesses.
Our first issue, to be published in November 2006, will be distributed to 2,000 businesses in the West Wilts area. Our target readers are growing businesses in the service, manufacturing and retail sectors.
The magazine provides information and guidance on how to grow and improve your business. It focuses on business related articles and features, interviews with local business people, reviews of business books, what's on locally, and more.
The cover price of Business World West Wilts is £2.50 per issue, but it is available FREE to businesses in the West Wilts area. To subscribe please go to our subscriptions page.
Areas covered in the West Wilts edition include Trowbridge, Westbury, Warminster, Bradford-on-Avon, Melksham, Frome, Devizes, Corsham, Chippenham, Calne, and surrounds.

Editor: John Crickett
John Crickett was involved in his first business venture while at University, where he helped recruit and setup a worldwide team of software developers to work on computer games.
When he graduated John chose to focus on the development of business systems, and progressed rapidly though several leading blue chip software companies, such as UK Online, Science Systems, Westinghouse Signals, and Compaq, culminating in a senior role as an Internet Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
In 2001 John setup the Internet consultancy Crickett Software Limited and in 2002 he started Findmeabnb Limited with his brother Tristan Crickett.
During 2004 Crickett Software Limited moved its focus from developing customer websites to maintaining its own online businesses. This new focus allowed John to devote time to new ventures and in 2005 John started the Internet publishing business, Trivial Business, with Maria.
John has contributed articles to several industry publications and has written and published his own business book.

Maria has been the managing partner of Trivial Business since 2005. Trivial Business is an Internet publishing company that produces information-based websites relating to a variety of topics.
Maria is also a regular contributor to the NABBC magazine, 'The Conductor'.
Prior to running a business Maria worked as a secondary school teacher, where she spent 5 years as a head of department.
